Ordered the Wedgwood 2022 Xmas Snowglobe at a price which was cheaper than Wedgwood’s own website.
Ordered on 11th December and it arrived, as promised, in good time for Xmas. Item was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition.
Good communication and tracking information provided throughout the buying process.
Very pleased and will certainly use David Shuttle again!

Bought a mova globe. Looks ok but don't believe the hype. In my living room at night with my light on there is zero movement and even in daylight, sometimes it moves and sometimes not. The whole working in ambient light is a massive over statement. I would recommend if they were a fraction of the price but for what they actually cost of say they're a rip off to be honest seeing as they're only made of perspex

Just had 6 Freidel water glasses delivered from David Shuttle via DPD, well packed and protected in top quality boxes.
Delighted to find these, as our original similar set of 6 was down to 3 (after daily use for several years).

Have to start by saying I never bother with leaving reviews but this company deserves one, my friend told me about there website, they are absolutely brilliant orders literally come the next day with DPD made 2 orders now from them for my mum and both has been great even had a little box of chocolates in them! Thank you for being so good will deffo order in future and recommend to friends!

Highly recommend David Shuttle, customer service is excellent. I emailed about an issue with an item I received; they called to speak to me in person (within half an hour of the email) to resolve and gave me options on what could be done to make sure I was happy with the resolution. I collect Emma Bridgewater and will definitely use David Shuttle in future.

Received my 2nd order first, awaiting stock on a lamp on the first order.

I ordered a crystal ornament. It was due to be coming by dpd the next day, but unfortunately it didn’t arrive. I contacted the company, and they were so helpful. Instead of making me wait for days for them trying to find out where the parcel had gone, they promptly sent me out another, and it arrived the next day.
Will not hesitate in using this company again

My new supplier for Lampe Berger (now Maison). Initially let down by a supplier on Amazon and had David Shuttle recommended by a local shop in London. Brilliant and so easy. Well priced and arrrived within a few days. Well packed and well informed of delivery through DPD. Even given a 30 minute delivery window on the day of delivery. Very 'John Lewis'. Highly recommend.

I bought Swarovski pendant and matching ear rings from David Shuttle for my wedding recently, which were much cheaper than anywhere else online. They arrived beautifully packaged and the next day. I liked the personal touch of a letter thanking me for choosing David Shuttle. They also included a complimentary box of chocs that were very good! I will definitely buy again from this company. I ordered a Swarovski crystal ornament as a gift for my mother who is a collector.
arrived well within the expected time period, packed extremely securely and with a nice little gift of 2 chocolates as an unexpected surprise.
Having ordered from them previously I shouldn't have been surprised but was totally reassured that standards have remained as high.

David Shuttle has great customer focus, the products are great and are very good value with slight discounts that buying direct, they get delivered in recycled boxes which is just brilliant and the lovely letters that accompany them with the chocolate is a stroke of genius. I had regular contact with a very personal service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Would definitely shop there again!

after browsing the net -Amazon and amazon ads - contacted David Shuttle, who are running a 10% on riedel tumblers we were seeking. The website was OK not brilliant - but life is too short to have two cards rejected one Mastercard and one debit card visa. I would have not filled up - but responded to an email with a satisfactory phone call - no problems with the card - delivery and packing good.

I wanted the Swarovski Spiral Ring (having seen it in the Justin Timberlake Video), sold out in all Swarovski shops and online so got in touch with David Shuttle to pre-order. The gentleman on the phone was great, informed me of delivery time (predicted end of June) I ordered online and the ring arrived on the 14th June! 2 weeks earlier than anticipated - great product and service!

Ordered an Anniverary gift for my wife from David Shuttle over the phone, the lady I spoke too (sorry I can't remember your name) was extremely helpfull in assisting me to place the order.
I was told that the posting slot had been missed for that day but I would recieve it in two days, I didn't have a problem with this, so imagine my suprise when it arrived the next day!
